Tabouli with Falafels and Thyme & Sumac Yoghurt

You will love our bite me fine foods organic falafels!

They make a great quick and easy dinner.

Especially when combine with our super tasty tabolui recipe.

And if you have leftovers, grab some pita pockets and you have a brilliant lunch for the next day!

3 tbsp burghul
2 firm medium tomatoes, finely diced (make sure you keep the juice)
½ tsp Baharat mixed spice
3 tbsp lemon juice
5 spring onions, finely sliced
1 bunch parsley, washed and chopped
2 – 3 tbsp oilive oil
Salt & cracked pepper, to season
Bite me fine foods vegetarian falafels
Natural yoghurt, to serve
Dried Thyme


Place the burghul, chopped tomatoes, lemon juice and baharat spice mix into a bowl and let the burghul absorb the juices for about 5 mins.

Add the parsley, spring onions, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

Prepare the organic bite me fine foods vegetarian falafels as per packet instructions.

Place the tabouli on a platter and add the heated falafels.

Place the yogurt in a small bowl and sprinkle over a line of sumac and a line of dried thyme.
