Makes 6-7 tacos

Ingredients

1 pack La Banderita Street Tacos
1 pack Marlee Salmon
1 tub Blue Bay Sour Cream
1 jar Byron Bay Chilli Co. Salsa
1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
12 Raddishes, diced
2 chilli’s, sliced

Method

Hold each taco over a low gas flame using stainless steel tongs to char it slightly.

You can also char the on the BBQ.

Pile the other ingredients into the tacos and enjoy!
