Chocolate Ganache Tarts with Raspberries
This week’s Monday Meal is sweet treat!

Makes 24 tarts
Ingredients
2 packs @confiletas Sweet Mini Rounds
90ml Saint David Dairy Pure Cream
85 g @chefschoiceau Milk Chocolate Drops
1 pack Cesare Cimino Pistachio Cranberry Bread
1 punnet @perfectionfreshaus Fresh Raspberries
Method
To make the ganache, heat the cream until almost boiling, then add chocolate drops and whisk until melted.
Spoon into the pastry rounds and allow to set.
Decorate with fresh raspberries and pistachio cranberry bread.
