Turban Chopsticks Laksa

For this week’s Monday Meal we’ve made a Laksa — thanks to Turban Chopsticks Laksa, which is actually a vegan Laksa paste.

These sauces are a high-quality weeknight shortcut that you must try.

You can add anything you want to this laksa paste and you’ll be in for real treat!

All you need to do is fry off the paste over low heat, add water or stock and your desired veggies.

Our dish includes precooked chicken breast, julienned carrots, spring onions, Asian mushroom, bok choy, coriander and chilli.

We placed the stems of our bok choy in the simmering stock for about 1 min longer than the other veggies.
