Italian Sausage & Red Wine Lasagne
For this week’s Monday Meal we have a super simple Italian Sausage & Red Wine Lasagne!
The core ingredients are silky handmade Otway Pasta Company lasagne sheets and Marisa’s Kitchen Italian Sausage & Red Wine Pasta Sauce.
We also used boiled eggs, Parmesan cheese, and basil leaves.
Put everything together and you’ll have the ultimate comfort food in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients
Otway Pasta Company Lasagne Sheets
Marisa’s Kitchen Italian Sausage & Red Wine Pasta Sauce
2 or 3 boiled eggs, grated
A handful of Parmesan cheese
A few basil leaves
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Slice the lasagne sheets lengthways down the middle so you can lay them on the plate in a nice free form wave.
Next, build the layers with the remaining ingredients in a way that pleases you.
Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
Garnish with a little more Parmesan and basil leaves.
