Greek Keftedes Meatballs with Rocket, Spinach and Olives

These ready-made Greek Style Keftedes only need to be warmed through, and then they are ready to eat.
You can shallow fry them, air fry them, bake them, or take the quick and easy, no mess, microwave way!

Ingredients
1 pack of Souvla meat balls
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup rocket
12 olives
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese or a hard Greek cheese
1 small lemon, quartered
2 tbsp tzatziki
Olive oil
Salt & pepper, to season
Method
Place the leaves, olives and lemon on a plate with tzatziki and lemon.
Heat meatballs as per pack directions. We prefer to fry them because the outside has a nice texture when fried.
Place meatballs on the plate with salad.
Drizzle with olive oil and scatter over the grated cheese.
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
