Cauliflower Veggie Burgers

We’re enjoying Bite Me Cauliflower Burgers for this week’s Monday Meal.

These vegan burgers are a great go-to mid-week dinner or lunch.

Load them up with slaw and sumac pickled onions!

Ingredients

1/2 cup white & red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 small carrot, julienned
1 Spanish onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp barnae sumac salt
2 tbsp barnae olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper, to taste
Mayonnaise, to taste
Bite Me Cauliflower patties
2 x bread rolls, sliced through the middle

Method

Combine cabbage and carrot with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper; toss to combine.

Combine onion and sumac salt and allow to sit for about 30 minutes.

Heat the cauliflower patties.

Spread mayo on the base of the roll, and then add the cauliflower burgers, slaw, and onions.

Place the top of the roll on and you are good to go!
