Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni (Aston Lucas Gourmet)

For this week’s Monday Meal we invite you to try a delicious spinach & ricotta cannelloni by Aston Lucas Gourmet.

‘Fresh pasta sheets are filled with creamy ricotta cheese & fresh spinach, topped with our secret family Napoli sauce made from Victorian Roma tomatoes, olive oil blend, market fresh herbs, garlic, onion & Australian Parmesan.’

This ready-made meal can be found in our fridge for a quick dinner in no time. Simply heat in the oven or the microwave and finish it off with a little fresh Parmesan cheese.

We served it with a classic salad of rocket, shaved Parmesan and sliced pear with a drizzle of balsamic dressing to cut through the richness of the cannelloni and a sourdough garlic loaf. Simply slice sourdough bread, add lashings of garlic butter and bake for 15 mins in a 180-degree oven.
