Traditional Lasagne with Herby Cheesy Garlic Bread
There’s not much better on a cold wintery day than a piping hot, saucy lasagne, and that’s why it’s this week’s Monday Meal!
Aston Lucas Gourmet Lasagne is full flavoured and made from fresh lasagne sheets, Gippsland free-range beef and pork, Australian mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and the best Victorian Roma tomatoes and veggies.
And all you need to do is pop it in the oven, set a timer, and leave it alone until it’s cooked through!
We’ve made a cheesy halloumi garlic bread to go with it, but we also stock Little Oven’s buttery garlic bread that just needs to be popped in the oven too.

Ingredients
1 Noisette long roll, sliced through the middle lengthwise
3 tbsp garlic butter, room temp
80g halloumi, finely grated
A few leaves of basil or chopped parsley
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Spread the garlic butter on both sides of the roll. Top with halloumi and herbs.
Bake in the oven for about 10 mins, or until the cheese starts to colour around the edges.
