Ingredients

1 half baguette
Butter
80g Stracciatella cheese, torn into pieces
4 slices of prosciutto
A handful of rocket
Pepper

Method

Slice the baguette down the middle lengthways, about 3/4 of the way through.

Butter in the baguette and place a little rocket on the bottom.

Add the prosciutto, cheese, a little more rocket, and then season with pepper.
