
Sticky Chicken Wing Dings
These sticky, flavourful chicken wings are addictive!
They’re perfect for feeding a crowd because you can marinate them the day before or for a tasty lunch or dinner!

Serves 4
Ingredients
20 chicken winglets
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp ginger, grated
Salt and pepper
60ml soy sauce
250ml sweet chili sauce
125ml smoky barbecue sauce
15ml micro herbs
4 spring onions, finely sliced
1tsp white sesame seeds
2 limes, wedges
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease an oven tray with olive oil.
Combine 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken and massage to coat.
Combine soy, barbeque sauce and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl. Pour over the wings and massage until fully coated.
Place on the oven tray in a single layer.
Roast for 15 – 20 minutes or until the wings are cooked through and browned.
Transfer to a large serving platter and garnish with micro herbs, spring onions, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime.
