Creating Memorable Moments

Saganaki with Lemon & Oregano

This classic Greek cheese dish is perfect for sharing on a hot summer’s day!

It’s quick and easy, and one of those recipes you can whip up if unexpected guests come visit.

The cheese has a long use-by date, so you can keep a pack in the fridge for when the need arises.

We’ve gone for classic flavours of lemon and dried oregano, but honey is delicious too.

Serve the cheese with a crusty baguette or pita bread.

Ingredients

1 pack saganaki
2 tbsp flour
1 lemon
