This simple cocktail is easy to make and its colour alone will make you feel good!

Ingredients

60ml Vodka
60ml Cointreau
100ml Pomegranate Juice
100ml Sparkling Water
Lot’s of ice
Mint leaves, to garnish

Method

Split the ingredients between two bowl-shaped glasses, adding the sparkling water last so the fizz combines the other liquids.

You can use fresh winter seasonal pomegranates and extract their juices, or make your life a little easier and use Europlus Fine Food Pomegranate Juice.
