Italian Chicken Schnitzel with Chips & Slaw
We love our new Barnáe olive oil and seasonings, so for this week’s Monday Meal we’re using the Italian rub as the perfect addition to the breadcrumbs for our schnitzel!
Ingredients & Method
All you need is some beaten egg seasoned with salt and pepper, a bowl of flour seasoned with salt and pepper, and a bowl of breadcrumbs seasoned with Barnáe Italian Seasoning.
Dust chicken breast with flour, dip in egg, then place into the seasoned breadcrumbs, pushing them firmly into the chicken, coating both sides.
Shallow fry in olive oil, and you’re done!
Our slaw is finely shredded white and red cabbage and Spanish onion.
Dress with Barnáe Chill-infused Olive Oil, season with salt and pepper, and you’re done!
Serve with your favourite chips!
