BBQ Asparagus with Blue Cheese & Pine Nuts
With the weather getting better every day, we are firing up our BBQ with plans to grill some asparagus and to top it with pine nuts and Feta cheese.
Asparagus is one of those veggies that is enjoyable to eat while it still has some bite, so try not to overcook it.
Our asparagus has crisp stems and tender florets, so it’s perfect for throwing on the BBQ for just a few minutes.
You can also cook the asparagus in a frypan.

Serves 4-5 as a side
Ingredients
3 bunches asparagus
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
100g Blue cheese
2 tbsp pine nuts
Method
Heat BBQ over medium flame.
Toss asparagus in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Barbeque for about 4 minutes, turning a few times as they cook.
Place on a platter, crumble over blue cheese, and scatter over pine nuts.
