
Chicken & Shiitake Gyoza & Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 pack Chicken & Shiitake or Vegetarian Gyoza
1 red chilli, sliced
1 green chilli, sliced
2 spring onions, sliced
1 pack stock or broth
1/2 pack udon noodles
Soy Sauce
Chilli Oil
Method
Place the noodles and stock in a saucepan and heat to a simmer; cook until the noodles are ready. Once cooked, divide between bowls and garnish with chilli and spring onions.
Cook gyoza as per pack directions. Once cooked, divide between serving bowls and garnish with chilli and spring onion.
Place soy sauce, chilli oil and remaining chilli and spring onions in small bowls and serve.
