Chilli Prawns

Fresh prawns are synonymous with summer in Australia.

With this quick and easy prawn recipe, you can enjoy that summery feeling no matter when you eat them!

Feel free to throw them on BBQ if you don’t want to cook them in a pan.

Serves 2

Ingredients

8 Raw King Prawns
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 red chilli, sliced and seeds removed if desired
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, to garnish
Lemon quarters, to serve

Method

Heat a large pan over high heat.

Add olive oil, butter, chilli, garlic, half of the parsley and the prawns.

Cook for 2 mins, shaking the pan to coat the prawns in the butter.

Flip and cook for 2 mins, shaking the pan.

Once the prawns change colour, they’re done.

Serve with lemon wedges and remaining fresh parsley.
