
Stone Fruit, Fig, Muesli & Greek Yoghurt with Honey
Aussie stone fruit is fantastic in summer and makes for a perfect breakfast bowl.
We are addicted to the muesli we stock in-store and always have a bag on-hand, but if you make your own then you should, of course, use it!

Serves 2
Ingredients
1 yellow peach, stone removed and sliced
1 yellow nectarine, stone removed and sliced
2 figs, cut into 6
1 white peach, stone removed and sliced
1 blood plum, stone removed and sliced
1 cup muesli
1 cup Greek yoghurt
4 tbsp honey
Fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Method
Divide between 2 bowls and make it look pretty!
