There isn’t a fruit or vegetable that has more health benefits than a Queen Garnet Plum.
We look forward to them every year and count down the days until they arrive!
They feature solo in this breakfast, not only because of their high nutrient value, but because they look so impressive!
You can also use blood or purple plums. Any dark coloured fruit is high in antioxidants.

Serves 2
Ingredients
2 – 3 plums, seed removed and sliced
1 ½ cups Greek or natural yoghurt
1 cup granola
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp slithered almonds
Method
Assemble plums, yoghurt, granola, and almonds in a bowl and top with honey.
Make it look pretty!
