GFB Fish & Chips

The sun is shining and we’re craving fish and chips for this week’s Monday Meal.

GFB have created a range of gluten-free fish, potato cakes and chunky chips that are crisp and delicious!

You won’t even know they are potato cakes and NZ Blue Grenadier battered fish is gluten-free and so good!

This product is also egg free, soy free and dairy free.

Simply pop in the oven — a healthier option than frying — and serve with your favourite salads and sauces.

We served our fish and chips in cardboard boxes; the kids loved it!

We also made a homemade tartare sauce with a little zing!

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbs drained capers, chopped
4 baby cornichons, finely chopped
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbsp Tarragon, chopped
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp chives, finely sliced

Method

Combine all ingredient and mix well.
