Falafel with Kale, Radish & Pepitas Salad

Our range of Bite Me Fine Foods ready-made falafels, rostis and fritters are perfect for a quick salad on the run.

You can eat them cold, at room temperature, or heat them up in the oven or microwave.

We’ve used one of our favourite dressings, Yarra Valley Preserves Balsamic Salad Splash, to top off our salad.

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 pack Bite Me falafels, each one torn into 3
120g mixed salad leaves
¼ bunch of kale, leafy parts only
5 small red radishes, thinly sliced
12 cherry tomatoes, sliced into 4 sections
¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced
Handful pecans, broken in half
Handful pepitas
Bottle of Yarra Valley Preserves Balsamic Salad Splash

Method

Layer up the salad ingredients on a large platter, and then lace the falafels on top.

Dress the salad just before serving.
