
Dragon Fruit, Strawberry & Mango Smoothie
Dragon fruit makes a fabulous coloured smoothie.
This is a great burst of nutrients for a chilly week!

Ingredients
1/4 cup Frozen Dragonfruit
1/4 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/4 cup Frozen Mango
1/4 cup Greek Or Vanilla Yoghurt
A couple of tbsp coconut water to loosen if too thick
Method
Place the fruit and yoghurt in a blender or Nutri bullet and blend until smooth.
If it’s too thick to blend properly, add a splash or two of coconut water.
Pour into a glass or bowl and serve immediately.
