This week’s recipe is a bit of a cheat!

We are gearing up for the AFL Grand Final, and footy food is on our minds!

All you need is chorizo from our fridge, a jar of chilli from the shelves, a crusty baguette, a sliced Spanish onion, and a little rocket for colour!

Cut the baguette three-quarters of the way through the top, cutting downwards.

Heat a small frypan over medium heat, add a little olive oil, slice the chorizo lengthwise into quarters and fry for a couple of minutes on each side.

Remove from the pan, add the onion, and saute until cooked to your liking.

Place the chorizo, onions, rocket and chilli into the baguette, slice into three and enjoy!
