BBQ’d Chilli Prawns
As the days get a little longer and the weather a little better, we start to crave lighter, healthier food, and that’s why we’re using the BBQ for this week’s Monday Meal.
These chilli prawns tick every box and are easy to prepare.
Simply brush raw prawns in a concoction of olive oil, melted butter, finely diced garlic, and chopped red and green chilli.
Season with salt and pepper, and then grill on a hot BBQ for about 2 mins on each side.
As soon as they change colour and get a slight char, they’re done.
It doesn’t get any more simple or faster than that!
