These tasty veggie burgers heat up quickly to make a veggie burger that will please even the fussiest eater.
Grab some ciabatta rolls, a good mayo, some verjuice and juniper berries, and your choice of salads, and you are on the way to weeknight magic!

Ingredients
A couple of ciabatta rolls
A good mayo
A couple of Bite Me Fine Foods Sweet Potato Crunch Burgers
Choice of salads
Red cabbage
Verjuice
Juniper berries
Method
To make the lightly pickled red cabbage, thinly slice it and place it in a bowl.
Cover with verjuice and throw in a few juniper berries and some peppercorns.
Let it sit while you heat the patties and slice the bread.
Grill the sliced ciabatta on a grill pan or BBQ for extra crunch and smokey flavour, or heat it in the oven until crisp and warm.
Smear mayo on the bottom of the roll. Pile on your salad ingredients and burger.
Drain and add the cabbage as well, then finish off with the top.
Dinner’s done, and everyone is happy!
