Mrs. Darlington’s Legenday Lemon Curd
Confiletas Sweet Mini Rounds
Angeles Fine Foods Australia Biscuiterie Du Qunercy Meringues

Method

Fill the tarts with lemon curd.

Carefully and gently cut the base off the meringues and sit the tops on the curd.

Add some small mint leaves for colour.

Mmm!
